I worked closely with the CRM team at New Look to create and optimise marketing emails for a customer database of over 2 million subscribers. My role involved copywriting, content creation, and email design,
with a strong focus on improving engagement across key audience segments including womenswear, menswear, curves, and teens.
Through A/B testing different layouts, visual styles, and tones of voice, I developed a range of tailored email templates that improved consistency and streamlined the briefing process for junior team members.
This led to faster approval times, more efficient campaign delivery, and measurable improvements
in open rates, click-through rates, engagement, and revenue performance.
